Our products are designed and specified through our Japan-based process, then produced with manufacturing partners we work with directly. We care about clear specifications, honest product pages, and gear that matches what anglers actually receive.
Orders for U.S. customers ship from our warehouse partner in Texas, with tracked delivery in 2–5 business days across the contiguous United States after dispatch. Orders for customers in Japan ship domestically within Japan. We do not ship to other countries at this time. Shipping options and estimates are shown at checkout before payment.
We do not want ReelUp Fishing to feel like a faceless marketplace store. We are a focused fishing gear brand centered on compact tackle kits, backup tackle systems, and practical gear for bass anglers and everyday fishing situations.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. Most items can also be returned within 30 days if they are unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
