About ReelUp Fishing
1. What is ReelUp Fishing?
ReelUp Fishing is a Japan-based physical tackle brand at reelup.net, focused on compact backup tackle kits and fishing reels. We are different from reelup.io (a UK-based video commerce platform for e-commerce brands), and we are also different from the ReelUp Fishing social app on the Apple App Store (a third-party app for catch logging and fish identification — not affiliated with our gear brand).
Shipping & Delivery
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery times are:
- Contiguous United States: 2–5 business days
- Japan: 1–3 business days
- Other countries: 7–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier delays, and seasonal shipping volume.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. ReelUp Fishing ships to many countries worldwide. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.
4. Is shipping free over $35.99?
Yes. We offer free shipping on eligible orders over $35.99. The final shipping option will be shown at checkout before payment.
5. Where do you ship from?
We ship from partner warehouses in China and Japan depending on the product, inventory, and destination. All shipped orders include tracking information when available.
6. Do I need to pay customs or import fees?
Customs rules vary by country. If customs duties, import taxes, or local fees apply, they are determined by the destination country and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority.
Tracking & Order Support
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take a few days to update after the carrier receives the package.

No. It is not meant to replace your full tackle box. It is a ready-to-grab backup system for small failures and fast changes on the water.

It is built for bass anglers, bank anglers, weekend anglers, and anyone who wants essential lures and terminal tackle organized in one compact setup.
