These Terms of Service govern your use of the ReelUp Fishing website at reelup.net and any purchases made through our store. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Conditions

ReelUp Fishing operates as an online-only store based in Saitama, Japan. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any lawful reason.

All content on this website, including product descriptions, images, branding, and site materials, is owned by ReelUp Fishing or its partners and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

ReelUp Fishing is not affiliated with reelup.io, a UK-based video commerce platform, or with the ReelUp Fishing social app on the Apple App Store.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display product information, pricing, and availability as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the website is always complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

ReelUp Fishing reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including, but not limited to:
• suspected fraud
• pricing errors
• inventory issues
• shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment, you receive a full refund to the original payment method.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

We currently ship to the United States and Japan only. We do not ship to other countries at this time, and some remote U.S. locations and outlying territories are not currently serviceable. If we cannot ship to your address, no shipping option will appear at checkout.

Orders for U.S. customers ship from our warehouse partner in Texas, United States. Orders for customers in Japan ship domestically within Japan.

Shipping times, delivery estimates, and shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other logistics conditions outside our control.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelUp Fishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products from this store.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country or state of residence.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. The version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order.
