Thank you for shopping at ReelUp. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle orders and delivery. We ship worldwide from our partner warehouses in China and Japan.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Japan: 1–3 business days
- Contiguous United States: 2–5 business days
- International: 7–13 business days (depending on destination)
Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs or courier service issues.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on orders $35.99 and above (cart subtotal after discounts).
- Orders under $35.99 ship at a flat rate of $10.00.
All international orders are shipped with **Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)**.
In most cases, we cover customs duties and import taxes in advance to reduce additional charges for customers.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can monitor your package through the carrier's website.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at servicecenter@reelup.net within 48 hours of delivery.. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
