✅ ReelUp Warranty Policy

At ReelUp, we stand behind the quality of our fishing reels. Every reel is backed by our 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of original retail purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, recreational use.


✅ What Is Covered

During the warranty period, if your reel experiences a defect related to manufacturing or materials, ReelUp will:
• Repair the product,
or
• Provide replacement parts,
or
• Replace the product with an equivalent model (at our discretion).

All warranty claims require the original proof of purchase.


✅ How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Before sending anything back, please contact our support team first:

Please include:
• Order number
• Purchase date
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Our team will evaluate the issue and provide instructions.


✅ Shipping Costs
• If your purchase is within 30 days, return shipping may be covered depending on the issue.
• If your purchase is over 30 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• For expired warranties or cases that violate warranty terms, repairs or parts may be provided at an additional cost.


✅ What Is NOT Covered (Warranty Void If)

The warranty will not apply in the following situations:
• Any modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair of the product
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Loss of product or components
• Normal wear and tear due to regular use
• Commercial, rental, or non-recreational use
• Failure to perform reasonable and necessary maintenance (improper care)


✅ State Law Notice (U.S. Customers)

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages.
Therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state or country of residence.


✅ Out-of-Warranty Service

If your reel is no longer under warranty, we are still here to help.

We may offer:
• Paid repair services
• Replacement parts at a reasonable cost
