1-Year Limited Warranty for Reels
ReelUp Fishing reels are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal recreational fishing use.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
What Is Covered
If your reel has a confirmed defect related to materials or workmanship, ReelUp Fishing may offer one of the following solutions depending on the case:
- Replacement parts
- Repair support
- Replacement with the same or equivalent model
- Partial or full refund when another solution is not practical
Each case is reviewed individually based on the issue, product condition, purchase date, and available replacement options.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
- Damage caused by saltwater corrosion without proper cleaning or maintenance
- Damage caused by drops, impact, or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs
- Lost parts, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or stolen items
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect normal function
- Consumable items such as soft baits, hooks, snaps, split rings, line cutters, packaging, or tackle box wear from normal use
If you are not sure whether your issue is covered, contact us and we will review it fairly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- Photos of the packaging if the package was damaged
- A brief description of the problem
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, replacement parts, or another reasonable solution depending on the case.
Please do not send any item back before contacting us. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions.
How to Submit a Warranty or Support Claim

Our support team will review your case and reply within 24–48 hours on business days.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Cases
Please contact us before sending any product back.
Depending on the issue, product condition, purchase date, and location, ReelUp Fishing may provide replacement parts, replacement products, repair guidance, or another support solution without requiring a return.
If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Return shipping responsibility will be reviewed case by case.
Out-of-Warranty Support
If your product is no longer covered by warranty, we may still be able to help.
Depending on product availability, we may offer:
- Replacement parts at a reasonable cost
- Repair guidance
- Paid replacement options
- Product troubleshooting support
