  • The Backup Tackle Kit is a backup kit. We will not pretend it replaces a full tackle box.
  • The Soft Bait Refill restocks the soft baits only. It does not include hooks, jig heads, snaps, split rings, the fishing scissors, or the tackle box, and we say so on the product page rather than leaving it for you to find out after delivery.

4. Policies You Can Read Before You Buy

The terms that matter are published, specific, and the same on every page of this site:

  • U.S. fulfillment: orders for U.S. customers ship from our warehouse partner in Texas, tracked, 2–5 business days across the contiguous United States after dispatch
  • Returns: 30 days on unused, unopened items in original packaging
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: report within 7 days of delivery, we replace or refund, and you do not pay return shipping
  • Refunds: issued to the original payment method, 5–10 business days
